Vintage Barbie Ponytail Doll Case 1961 Mattel

Barbie Doll Ponytail doll case by Mattel in 1961.
Please read description and examine pictures closely.  I have tried to be as accurate as possible as to the condition.
There is considerable tearing at the flap seam of the case both inside and outside.  The vinyl is intact overall but torn in areas.  The exterior of the vinyl case is in decent condition.  There are some areas of buffing along with staining.  The inside of the case is relatively clean except along the bottom where there is dark staining.  The handle and latch are both intact and functional.  All rivets are secure.
All in all the structural integrity is there.
