    Vintage 1967 Barbie Doll Case Mod Cover # 1002 Mattel
    Good overall condition with a couple issues of note.  There are splits in the plastic at the bottom two corners as well as a split in the plastic and cardboard by the latch (see photos).  Otherwise clean other than some of the cardboard on one compartment has some light discoloration.  Measures approx 12.25" x 10.5" x 2.5"
