Q:I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
A:Most orders ship the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after payment has been received. To process orders so quickly, we do not include packing slips, invoices, or personal cards/notes for the recipient. If you leave any message in your order, it takes the order out of our automated shipping queue and can add 1-2 business days to your order shipping out. Messages left in the order requesting a change to a different item may be cancelled once reviewed.
