Provenance:
We proudly present curated specimens from our permanent collection.
We have chosen to deaccess our entire shell collection so that we may expand our mineral museum and botanical gardens.
Every one of our specimens was hand-picked over the past 50 years when we began seriously collecting specimen shells through an affiliation with the Chicago Shell Club and the Field Museum of Natural History. If you are a serious seashell collector and believe that certain shells can be an investment, then you will appreciate the opportunity to own these 12 sought after species in the family
Ovulidae,
all in one fell swoop rather than obtaining them piecemeal.
