This buckle was used as an incentive for a customer satisfaction program.  It was an internal program for dealers to have the service technicians follow up with the customer after the customer filled out a questionnaire about customer satisfaction.  If the service tech contacted the customer then the dealer rewarded that tech with a belt buckle.
