Description

Small Lab NOx scrubber system for one or two reaction vessels. Designed for gold, silver and platinum group metals refining where NOx gasses are present. System includes:
1. 100L (25gl) tank
2. 4" diameter round scrubbing column with about 1.5m (5 feet)
3. Shower head sprinkle system
4. 2 x 1/2" or 3/8" OD Vacuum inlets for Gas input (please specify)
5. Final Stage cleaning activated carbon filter
6. Pump is not included, we will recommend a pump, which usually can be purchased on eBay.
7. 1lb Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH)
8. One spare bag of activated carbon for filter replacement
9. Scrubbing solution release valve
10. Special designed scrubbing tower packing
11. Manual
Notes:
1. System should successfully scrub NOx gas and other gases, based on type of neutralizing solution in the tank
2. System should be vented to the outside
3. Additional in-line all PVC fan is optional
4. Scrubbing % depends on the strength of the solution and the amount of gas fed into the system
5. Some assembly is required
6. System arrives with major components already assembled
7. Delivery may take upto 21 days to Continental US and Canada
8. System should not be used in residential areas
9. It is recommended to measure exhaust output at all times and adjust gas pressure or saturation of scrubbing solution if needed
10. It is recommended to replace scrubbing solution after each use
11. System can be adjusted to the specific height needed.
12. Never open red tank cap while system is in operation mode
13. Is it recommended to use 1/2" ID PFA, PTFE or FEP tubing between reactor and gas inlet nozzles
14. System can be modified to  your specific needs. Please contact for details.
15. Some minor system details may not be exactly as pictured.
System comes with 90 days warranty. Shipping outside of continental US may be extra, please contact for details prior to purchasing.
