Original vintage collectible 20-page front section of The Miami News printed February 20, 1962.
The bold headline reads, "GO! Glenn Circles The Earth Heading For 3 Orbits" with a HUGE-lettered and BOLD "GO!" that's undeniably glorious. This is a benchmark space race moment when John Glenn became the first American astronaut in orbit. Cover includes color photo of the rocket launching and astronaut Glenn.
There is a small tear on the front left near the fold as well as some foxing spots. These are not necessarily uncommon given the age of the piece. Overall, it's in good condition and will absolutely be an impressive display item for any collector, enthusiast, or historian.
