EZGO TXT 36 Volt Charger Port Cover Plate Adapter for Lithium Battery 120V Plug

Description

This listing is for a charger plate adapter for EZGO TXT 36V carts.  (It will also fit other EZGO/TEXTRON made carts with the same style of charger port)  This will allow you to replace your factory charger port with a 120V plug and mount your charger in the cart. (otherwise called onboard chargers)  This item has a matte style of finish and is not shiny.  Your factory port isn't made of fancy shiny plastic, it's made of matte black.  This item has a similar finish and will not stand out or draw attention to the cover plate when installed.  We are a golf cart shop who make and install these plates.  We've used all the different ones available on the market from commercial and noncommercial sources.  We had an engineer using CAD software create this model and we print them in our shop. We do not ship low quality prints or prints with defects like so many others.  Using this plate allows the installation of the 120V plug to replace the charger plug port.  This allows the charger to be mounted on/in the cart and the end user to simply plug in an extension cord to charge.  This prevents the accidental damage to the charger that so frequently occurs in garages and allows charging on the go.  If you have any questions, please send us a message.  We'd rather answer 20 questions than have a customer order the wrong part.  MADE IN THE USA!
We have now made available a variety of colors.  If you want a specific color we offer just let us know at purchase.  This kit is designed to work with all Lithium makes including RoyPow, Allied, Ecobattery, etc.
The plug itself is not included in this listing.  This is just for the plate.  There are several brands that make the 120V ports, including NOCO and Allied Battery.  In our photos you will see the Allied Battery unit, which is identical to the NOCO unit.  Do yourself a favor and don't buy a cheap adapter plug that requires you to strip your charger cord and screw down the wires.  They become loose over time and can cause fires.  We don't want to see or hear about anyone being hurt by a golf cart for any reason, much less so because of cheap Chinese made plugs.  We have another listing with the plug included.
