PLEASE NOTE:  There are 2 types with this lot.  Although these are white stripes on black background on one the embroidered edge appears to be a very dark blue merrow border while the second version is a flat black.  NO FURTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
This listing is for brand new dealer lot of 60 ++ each (30++ pair) of Police, Security, Sheriff, Military, uniform chevrons stripes.  These chevrons are white stripes on black background (again, as stated above, there are 2 versions, one with a dark blue merrow border and the other without); and display the 3 stripe rank of Sergeant (Detective/Senior Patrolman, etc, depending on your individual department's rank structure).  These stripes are embroidered, have the 'iron on' glue backing, and can also be sewn on.  These are authentic, quality made stripes, that were received from a police/military surplus company that closed its doors.
