CARVED GAZELLES ON TIGER COWRIE SHELL

This Tiger Cowrie shell has what looks like two running Gazelles carved into the top. It looks like a signature in a language I am not familiar with along the bottom, this could also just be another part of the design. It measures approximately 3 1/8 inches in length, 2 inches wide, and 1 3/8 inches tall.  This would make a great piece to display with other vintage seashells, you could use it as paperweight, or simply display it in a shadow box.
