Antique Post Medieval Thai Buddhist Amulet - Ca 1600-1800’s - Solid Gold Inlay

For sale is this authentic antique Thai clay figure with real gold leaf pushed into it in places (gilded). This pieces is made of a clay pottery, and has been colored a dark green color. Midway down on the front side this piece has a thin layer of gold gilding (it looks like it once covered the whole piece, but now only remains here). This piece appears to be a standing person. It likely once served as a talisman or amulet of some kind. Based off of when this style was commonly used, this piece could reasonably date back to the 1600-1800’s! This would make an incredible addition to any collection! Don’t pass it up!
