After a fair bit of trialing we decided to offer these bumpers for your decks, they're low weight, don't require any adhesive & best of all don't break the bank.
While they can't prevent all damage to your ride, they offer a very good level of protection for most curb slams & when you prop up your ride on concrete/hard flooring like when in car parks & train stations for example, they'll generally help your board not slide straight off a wall on smoother surfaces.
Inside the rubber trim, there are lot's of little metal strips running from top to bottom, these essentially conform to the board you apply them to & help keep the guard on during an impact as well as toughening up the defenses.
Please note; if after repeated impacts you notice the metal showing through from top to bottom across most of the guard, you should replace the guard.
